Where do you ship to and how long does delivery take?
We currently ship within Singapore and selected regions. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically taking 3–5 days depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If the product is not suitable for you, you can request a refund within 90 days from your purchase date, even without returning the product.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not been shipped, you may contact our support team to cancel. Once shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
